Hey Folks

I must apologize for being so terrible at keeping this blog up to date.  One of my new year’s resolutions is to do better about keeping this blog up to date - so I vow to update at least once a week!

 I will post a longer update in the next several days…hard to believe it is already training season for the Lifecycle - seems just yesterday I was writing about our trek in June!

 Anyway - hope you are well and will post more soon!
